Mr. Tarrell obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska Kearney and his Master of Arts degree from Warwick University in England. He attended law school at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln College of Law and was admitted to attorney practice in the state of Nebraska in 2000. He is a member of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association and is the author of "A Gideon Moment: Times Remembered," which was published in Champion Magazine in June 2003.
